Privacy Policy

SableGear Studios abides by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. All works and client information submitted will be kept confidential and will never be shared to any other person or party without the client’s express permission.

Any personal information collected will only be retained for contact purposes with the client. The client may request that their completed saved documents and information in the possession of SableGear Studios be destroyed. Documents will be retained for reference and potential revisions for a short period after a project is completed.

Algorithmic Tool and Large Language Model Policy

SableGear Studios will not submit client information or works to any algorithmic training system, large language model (LLM), or other generative “AI” tool. SableGear Studios reserves the right to refuse to edit content that has been generated using algorithmic or LLM tools.
